The hotel is located 50 meters from the station where the water tram arrives - it is very convenient. The hotel itself is centrally located, has a beautiful view and offers quite good breakfasts.

Excellent location for exploring Venice and being next to Grand Canal for transport. Beautiful lobby and gorgeous location overlooking Grand Canal. Nice modest breakfast. Make sure you book a top floor and overlooking Grand Canal or you will end up in the dark depressing rooms with lots of noise from the side streets which really do resonate. (no good night sleep there)

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel is clean and spacious, located conveniently in front of the sea bus station. Our room had many windows, which provided a great view. The room was a very good size. I love decoration and design. The breakfast was delicious and the overall experience was highly recommended.
