It was very clean and location was great. Breakfast may be simple to some but it was exactly what I was after. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. This accommodation exceeded my expectations!

Great location, quiet place, close to the main attractions. The staff is amazing, everyone is very welcoming. The breakfast is amazing, there is enough of everything, for us and our child there was everything we needed.

Very helpful and friendly staff, you feel like at home! The hotel building and interior is real Venetian style palazzo but with modern and comfortable rooms Super tasty breakfasts with a unique serving, products from small local producers Perfect location near Piazzale Roma and Ferrovia, but also close to different places of interest in Venice

A lovely hotel with a charming traditional courtyard. We stayed for one night in a cozy room with a spacious bathroom, which was well-appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful and provided the perfect start to the day. The reception staff were attentive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
