This option has to be organized in advance, because we need to find an Hostess/Steward who is available and is subject to an extra fee: € 60,00 between 05:00 PM and 9:00 PM, € 100,00 between 9:00 PM and 11:30 PM, to be paid in cash upon arrival.When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Everything - spacious, clean, comfortable, modern in technology, had everything we could need and was within walking distance of main attractions. The staff were also incredibly helpful and organised things on our behalf.

Modern luxury in the heart of Venice, with stunning canal views and everything just steps away – from restaurants and shops to lively bars. We arrived by water taxi right to the front of the apartment building, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Highly recommended.

Ideally located - a short walk from the train station and to the Rialto Bridge. We were able to store bags before check in, and also after check-out. Both the accommodation and service were of a very high standard. As well as the communal garden area, our appartment also had its own courtyard area which was ideal for breakfast and evening relaxing. We will definately return to this appartment the next time we are in Venice. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
