Loved the location. It was perfect. The view from our room was stunning. The check in process at the other hotel was smooth and the lady was helpful with advice on how to get to the hotel location. I loved that a short walk up an alleyway had us right in the heart of everything Communication was great with clear instructions on checking in at a different hotel. We also received a lovely Easter tray on Easter Sunday which I thought was a lovely touch. Bed was clean and comfortable.

The location is excellent, everywhere was within walking distance. The decor was okay, and the room had what we needed for 4 nights, with a lovely view of the Grand canal. We also liked the high ceiling.

We were absolutely satisfied! The location is perfect, the place was spotless and very quiet – ideal for relaxing. Right downstairs is the best spot in town for food and wine with a great view at the canal. We even forgot our wallet and they immediately called us to let us know – truly thoughtful and professional!
