A lovely small hotel in a great location. Charming breakfasts served in a beautiful dining room. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean. However, I was personally quite unlucky with my room. It had tiny windows located high up near the ceiling, tightly covered with curtains and completely inaccessible. It felt as if I were staying in a basement with no light or air

The room was very clean, good shower and comfortable bed Great location. 5 minute walk to Accademia Bridge. 15 mins to Rialto and 15 mins to San Marco Square. Located just off the main thoroughfare, but easy access to bars and restaurants. Hotel staff friendly, approachable and made great recommendations Breakfast was held in a beautiful Venician room and the staff served a good cappuccino

Fantastic hotel, perfect location, straight off of water bus at S.Angelo and 3 minute walk, right in the middle of all sight seeing spots. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Very comfortable bed and superb breakfast. We loved the court yard - only recommendation would be to do more with the courtyard, outdoor heaters and a mini bar in the courtyard would elevate that space!

The property overall is charming. Has some lovely historical features. The breakfast is nice and there is something for everyone, but it is nothing special. There is a buffet with hot items in a bain-marie but they were rarely actually hot. The free drink on arrival was lovely and the barman on duty was very obliging. The mini bar was actually quite fairly priced as opposed to other hotels I have stayed at! The reception staff were very nice to interact with.

Staff were excellent throughout the property, which was a beautiful palazzo with a great history which was detailed throughout.
