Sparkling clean, very large bathroom, kitchen and dining room - more than enough for a family with a child. Andrea was very efficient at check-in, nice and ready to answer any questions.

Great location, really close to the best pizzetta in the city as well as bars and restaurants and vaporetti stops. 15/20 mins walk to old town. The most astonishingly beautiful Despar of all the Despars ever is 1 minute from the flat. Spacious apartment. Clean. Provided all of the necessities for a full week stay. Andrea was lovely and also responsive on whatsap if we needed anything. He Provided extra towels mid-week which was very lovely! Baggage storage on last day an added bonus. Windows draw light in from all four sides of the building, but even so you don’t feel overlooked at all. You get a view of the little bakery and alleyway below from the kitchen which was really sweet. The little bakery opposite was for locals and was local not tourist prices. It was nice to have the sofa for seating variation as well as the ample table space. We appreciated the late check-in and Andrea met us and went through everything even though our flight didn’t come in until late.
