We had a wonderful stay here and absolutely loved everything about it. The apartment was very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed, a reliable internet connection, and all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — close to everything, just about 7 minutes from the Ospedale vaporetto stop, 12 minutes from Piazza San Marco, and 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. There’s also a grocery store right nearby, which was very convenient. The apartment is on the first floor (not ground level), which we found perfect. Our host, Selina, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She gave us clear directions, all the necessary information, and explained so many useful things that made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to her, everything felt easy and stress-free. Overall, it was truly perfect, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice!

The location and accommodation were excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped and all very clean. Hostess greeted us at the ferry and excorted us to apartment. From the apartment it was easy to reach the major attractions.
