Brilliant location for exploring Venice but quiet area with fabulous cafe very close by. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and Aircon . Host gave excellent instructions on how to find and check in. We were able to leave our bags a bit early and explore.

Property location was perfect for the areas we wanted to visit and explore. Check in and out was simple. Reception was closed on arrival but full and simple instructions had been sent in advance. Very comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows!!! Decor was simple and modern. Rooms had a mini fridge and main room had tea making facilities.
