The staff (including Chippy the dog) were wonderful. They gave good recommendations of places to go food to eat. Location is great and the bathroom was very big.

Location was very good, in close proximity to Rialto bridge and Saint Mark square, nice little square next to the building, lots of restaurants abd shops. Rooms were big, very clean, and staff very polite. Breakfast was good and only €10

It’s not only the place, it’s the people that will be the reason for us to come back!! 5 star hotel. 5 star owners. Special thanks to Giada!!! There are no words to describe the feeling we have experienced here. From the very first moment we felt more than welcome. Giada checked us in with a warm smile and gave us all the information we needed. Moreover, she suggested some places to go a bit far from the tourists’ eyes, which really made us feel a bit more like locals. Our room “The Casanova” was lovely. The so well cared furniture, the paintings on the wall, the view from our window, they all were magnificent. We felt like we were in a different world where the time has stopped. We have booked our 5 nights stay at this beautiful place, but we had to leave earlier due to an unexpected incident. This was the moment when we experienced the kindness of the Italian people. As soon as we informed the hotel, Giada helped us book our tickets back and prepared a whole plan for us so as not to miss our flight. Her support was so much needed and is highly appreciated. We will never forget her name and will definitely suggest her hotel to everyone who will visit Venice. If all hoteliers were like that, all guests would be satisfied. We felt like home and as Greeks we will always remember your "Filoxenia". Thank you for everything!! We will return for sure!! Grazie mille!

Perfect location, less than a 10 minute walk to San Marco square. The owners were incredible friendly and welcoming and gave great recommendations for restaurants, bars, and things to do in venice. Rooms had everything. Would definitely stay here again.
