Laura was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is great for all the main attractions and very close to a Vaporetto stop which made transfer from the airport and ferry port very easy. The room was very comfortable and spacious with very good air conditioning, drinking water from the tap and comfortable beds (including the sofa bed that our daughter used). There was even daily housekeeping which we were not expecting.

The location is absolutely perfect for seeing the sites and a short visit. Very close, yet isolated away from the people.
