Everything was very good clean and calm totally recommended for visit and the location is very near to almost everything you need to see as tourist

Second visit. The location near the Accademia is wonderful and the San Stefano campo has lots of cafes for food. The room (101 double facing “street”) was adequately furnished for one and very clean. A couple of bottles of water each day were very appreciated, small selection of biscuits and Nespresso coffee maker (no kettle, but wasn’t an issue for me) with a couple of pods. Shower excellent. Keypads for entrance and room access an improvement on keys.

The staircase to the room had a very interesting design. There was a spacious common area where it was possible to heat up food and have a meal, which compensated for the lack of breakfast. We usually avoid places without breakfast, but Venice is a special case :) This not minus or plus just info: The concept of the hotel is to have no reception staff at all, which is quite surreal (as it was our first experience of this kind). So you have to remember the codes for all the doors and communicate via WhatsApp or Booking.com chat, and deal with some strangers trying to get inside, saying they have forgotten their code.

The location is very good; the rooms were clean; the décor had a kind of 1930s old world charm. The room was also fairly quiet at night time.
