Location 5-10 min walk with 25 kg snowboard wheelie bag from train station. Only one bridge to cross. Convenient location to Ferrovia, Crea and Tre Archi vaporetto stops. Close to supermarket.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect for us - super close to the train station and water bus stop with direct connection to Murano. It was great to be away from the city hustle, giving us a chill vibe to relax. The place was clean, quiet, and just what we needed. Thank you Fabiano for being so welcoming.

The location is very nice and very close to the train station. The host Fabiano and his wife were very friendly. Their restaurant suggestions were awesome. I highly recommend this place if you cost Venice as a family with kids or as a group for few days.
