A wonderful stay at a exceptional apartment. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Great location. Easy to access from bus/ train station. ( 5 min walk from either) we took the bus from the airport and wanted to head to Verona for the day so this apartment was just perfect. There are also plenty of water taxi options within a few minutes walk. Such a quiet location, and one that I personally preferred rather than being in busy areas such as rialto bridge. Plenty of bars/shops/ restaurants in close proximity to the apartment. 15 min walk to rialto with Plenty of shops and bars and restaurants to see along the way. Olga was lovely and always on hand if you needed her to answer any questions, and checking into the property was super easy. Would 100% recommend this property to anyone heading to Venice.

Very nice apartment 6 mins from the railway station. It's very warm inside, and the radiators are working. Apartment is very very well equipped. The owner is very helpful and nice.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and in a great location close to the bus station, train station and just off the grand canal. Everything is easily accessible and the apartment is down a very quiet side street. We loved everything about it.
