Very helpful staff. Our air conditioning didn't work so well in the room we were Givenchy at first. It didn't take long to persuade the personel to get a different room. This time the AC worked perfecty. All together, the stay was pleasant, breakfast was better than Italian standard and location was amazing. 3 restaurants located in direct proximity of the hotel and lits of boitiques. 2 min walk from St Mark's square. Great stay.

The location was amazing, really good access to most of the biggest attractions in Venice, lots of little shops, bars and restaurants all within very easy walking distance. Only 5mins walk from San Zaccaria and 1hr (ish) from the airport.
