The location was ideal for us as we wanted a hotel as close as possible to the train station (Venice St. Lucia) and this hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the station. We booked the stay only a few days before so did not get a double bed as requested.

Comfy, very large room with excellent facilities. Location within a 2-3min walk to the major vaporertto lines, the train station and 5min walk from Piazzale Rome. Very easy to access. The breakfast buffet was generous. The hotel is located right on the canal, so we had a good view during breakfast. The staff was friendly. We had a renovated room with excellent bathroom and it was good for us (2 adults + 1 child).

Location close to the train station and in the heart of old Venice. Good breakfast. Possibility to leave the bags.
