Great staff Nice hotel Good location. Close to Ca’Rezzonico vaporetto station and there are NO bridges to cross to get to the hotel if you goto this station. Sadly, the room just wasn’t clean. The toilet and the bathroom had pubic hair in them and the sheets had stains. Luckily I was only there for one night before a cruise, otherwise I would’ve asked them to clean again or I would’ve checked out.

As it turned out the location proved perfect, easy walk to bus station and to water bus stops. Breakfast was good and we had an early breakfast on departure day which was appreciated.
