The staff was super helpful! The lady making breakfast for everyone was working so hard to take care of everyone! She even did custom coffee orders. The man at the front was super nice as well and even let me keep my heavy bags there while I went and explored Venice for a couple more hours. I loved my own balcony looking over the canal! The shower was also very fancy!

This is an old school Venetian budget hotel with old decor and furnishings & basic facilities, but it has its charms, the location is good, the staff are very friendly and our room, although it was pretty small, it was very clean. It's located in one of the back street canal walkways with Gondolas passing nearby. It's only a 5 minute walk from St Mark's Square, Doge's Palace and the main river, so the location is great. There are loads of restaurants and bars within a few minutes, so there's plenty to do and see, right on your door step. I would say it's best suited for an overnight stay, which is what we used it for, or maybe for a couple days, if you are happy living with the basics. We didn't pay a lot for the stay and it did include a basic breakfast, so was pretty decent value for money.

The location was great. It was nice to step outside of the hotel and see a picturesque view of the canals. The shower was wonderful since there was strong water pressure. Paulo and Claudio were knowledgeable and helpful.
