Excellent reception big and new bathroom peace at night big bedroom excellent place in the old town answering very fast in every question nearby boat station train station and the main way to Rialto... Thank you Leonardo Alexandros

Good location. I’d say it’s perfect if you’re arriving/leaving by train. Good A/C. Bathroom it's quite small. Wasn’t that bad for me but I’m Not tall. You can find bars, restaurants, gelateria and everything you need around the area. Deco it’s nice with venecian style. They offer luggage storage if you need it.

The location is great since it's very centric but also close to the train/bus station and You Will need to walk in Venice. The staff is super nice. They let you leave your bags after checkout for free. I had a room with shared bathroom, but I only shared with another room. Everything was super clean. They have a shared fridge and you can leave food/drinks there.

Simple, clean and comfortable. Staff really nice. Great position at a short distance from the station. Shared bathroom is newly done and great.
