The location is excellent, sun almost all day on the front terrace. Room small but view perfect. Breakfast not the hotel’s strong point. Cooked food not good, bread and cakes good. Some fruit,mainly apples,bananas and tangerines

A gem of a hotel in my favourite area of Venice. You can reach the Zattere in 90 minutes from the airport, by water bus. This is a wonderful old hotel, with a really friendly team. My room was a single one, so I knew it would be small, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the view over the Giudecca was a delight. I had a delicious dinner in the restaurant on my first night. I wish I could have stayed for longer.
