Location was great, we did not have to cross any waterways to get to the hotel from the train station. It was down a quiet alley. Breakfast was good, we were given a lunch box of food to take with us when we left early on the last day.

A lovely and clean hotel in Venice. Good location. The room was small, but that’s typical for Venice. We stayed in a family room, and it worked out fine for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.
