The location is great, close to everything you really need - supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes, shops with souvenirs and in a walking distance to all the key attractions and places in Venice :) The staff are really kind and we had no problem with the check in or check out.

We had a double room located on the ground floor. Check in instructions were really simple and easy to follow. Great location around a 15 minute walk from St Marks. Loads of nice affordable restaurants near by. Rooms were spotless as-well as the rest of the property. Just to make you aware the property doesn’t have a reception. It’s really easy to find there is a sign on the wall on the Main Street. There is a storage room to leave your luggage. The water bus stop is a 4 minute walk. Great value for money in Venice. Highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you.

Quite convenient for the train station. A little tricky to find if you don’t follow the instructions! Great location. Close up a Main Street for restaurants and bars, Spar shop close by. Water taxi station very close!
