I love Hotel Galleria, I sat with my window open and watched the gondolas and other vessels moving along the canal. Even spent the morning watching Emily in Paris being filmed on the other side of the canal. Great location and great staff. I look forward to my next stay.

The welcome, the quality of the decor, all with a view out onto the free flowing canal - We pinched ourselves - cicadas from the garden across the canal, were accompanied by a saxaphone player into the evening, the swash of boats - vaporetto and gondala to and fro against the private stone landing below lulling us, whilst we sat drinking tea. We sat by the wide stone window sill and soaked it in. A window on the world of Venice. Peaceful, but in the heart of accademia, with the wooden arching bridge and galleries to either side. Precious spot. Thank you for sharing,

The location is excellent, the staff were very welcoming and lovely and the windows + shutters really eliminate all noise and light during the night.

The location of the property is perfect for visiting Venice. It is in Dorsoduro which is a less touristy bit of the city and still very close to all the usual tourist places in Venice. The decor of the hotel is very nice and in keeping with the vibe of the city and it was very clean.
