The location was perfect and so close to San Marco. The staff at every level were amazing. Nothing was a problem and they all went out of their way to ensure excellent customer service and information to help us during our stay. Great breakfast - the staff were very helpful with an orderly process and service. Thank you to the amazing team at Hotel Firenze!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to all the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Location, Room & Breakfast. Excellent staff. Managed to extend our staff by an additional day without moving room. Helped to organise a birthday celebration for friends. Roof terrace. Recommendations for places to eat.
