We had an amazing stay - such a convenient and wonderful location - and we were able to get all 3 rooms together. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were cozy, typical European size except for the suite which was very spacious and well spread out. Our rooms were on the same floor as the restaurant and the staff was so accommodating to let our family hang out there together. The water taxi pulled right up to the hotel dock so there was absolutely no lugging around of luggage which was awesome because we had quite a bit. The lift takes everything right up and down so again a plus. Very effective air conditioning - wonderful plus for the summer!

Great location and nice rooms, with a yummy breakfast. The ladies at breakfast were delightful! The man assisting with luggage was also lovely.

Location is excellent - 1 min walk from the Basilica. Staff were very welcoming. Room was clean & spacious.
