Location was excellent, staff really friendly and our room was wonderful (but you get what you pay for and it was expensive). Breakfast were very good too.

Reception staff are all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice with excellent breads in particular. The breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful. Location for all the sights of Venice is excellent yet the room was quiet. Beds comfortable and room size good.

We recently stayed at the Dona Palace Hotel and the experience was very enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the main tourist attractions all within walking distance. The hotel offers top quality rooms as well as a buffet breakfast which caters of everyone's taste They have a lovely terrace bar which is at canal level so you can sip a drink in the evening and watch the busy waterways.

Location is perfect with direct access to canal Breakfast room is beautiful Room was renovated and comfortable Raffaele the receptionist arranged a water taxi for us seamlessly and made sure our room was ready when arriving, thank you :)
