Great location! Less than 5 mins walking to San Marco and it is really quiet during the night. Thanks to the lovely staff.

Lovely clean room. Only downside I would say is that there were no “blackout” curtains as it would have helped especially when sunrise came about. But excellent facilities and the breakfast was fresh and area was very clean.

Overall not a bad place to stay, but heads up you will need to take a water taxi to get to the hotel and if you have luggage you will be going up and down a lot of bridges, though that is what you get in Venice. Location is a little hidden but in a good way and is not far from the palace and museum on the back half of the island. Room was clean but not exceptional. Overall beds weren't bad and stay was comfortable.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the san marco water bus, check-in friendly and helpful room was basic but perfect, beds were really comfortable , had a great night's sleep. Stored our bags on day of departure.
