The location is perfect. Close to San Marco Basilica, tours and gondola. Amazing restaurants at your doorstep. Staff are friendly and helpful that caters my needs. The rooms are old, i guess that's the beauty of Venice, and very clean. All in all great value for money!

location, very central, amazing for all the main attractions. Hotel was quiet, part of two with the other opposite. the opposite hotel looked constantly busy as check in was there and breakfast, but our hotel was so quiet, it was great.
