Excellent central location in the heart of Venice, very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was sufficient, mainly sweet pastries with coffee, which was a nice start to the day.

Lovely quaint room, location was great and view from window of the canal was stunning. Free breakfast was really lovely too!

A nice, bright room and a friendly staff. Nice part of town, next to a water canal, really nice if you can see it from your room /which was not the case with our room but that is fine/

Excellent location, 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. Nice breakfast included. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very nice restaurant just across the road.
