Fantastic location. Literally around the corner from St Mark’s it’s perfect to use as a base for exploring Venice. The porters are fantastic - reception is on the first floor (second if you are from the US) and can only be accessed by stairs, however, the porters will happily come down and carry your suitcases up for you.

Staff were fantastic as was the location. the beds were extremely comfy, the room quiet and the air conditioning was perfect!

Perfect location, lovely room with comfortable beds, noisy at night but positioned right next to saint marks and everything quietened down after 1030
