The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room size was very spacious and comfortable, which is quite rare in Venice. Everything was extremely clean, both the room and the entire property. One of the most important things for me is sleep quality, and I was very impressed that there was absolutely no noise from neighbouring rooms. The bed and mattress were very comfortable, with high-quality pillows, which made a big difference. The bathroom was modern, spotless and well maintained. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with stylish details and a large wardrobe that was more than enough for two people. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and it was slightly different every day, which I really appreciated as breakfast is important to me. The location was perfect, within a short walking distance of all main attractions. This was especially important for me as I have knee issues, and everything was easily accessible without long walks. The staff were all very kind, welcoming and professional throughout our stay. The WiFi was also fast and reliable. The room view was beautiful and added to the overall experience.

The staff were fabulous. The room generous and immaculately appointed. Location was perfect, 5 minutes from the ferry port and 6 minutes from St Marks Square. The breakfast was the best yet in Italy on our medium budget. The breakfast staff were so friendly and helpful. A great restaurant around the corner. A quiet canal location.
