Location excellent easy to get too 5 minutes from the bus drop off and only 1 lot of small stairs without ramp to get to hotel.

The location was nice and quiet and close to the train / bus station as we were only staying 1 night it made it nice and easy to get in and out. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and traditional Venetian style.

The location was perfect for travelling by train as its a short walk over the bridge to get there. Also very easy for getting water taxis and gondolas
