We had a lagoon view and it was UNBELIEVABLE. A dream view. Excellent location near the ferry and St Marks closeby. LOVED it.

The room was stylish and very comfortable with a great view, and an excellent bathroom. The concierge was friendly and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and things like the gondola. Great location, easy walk to St Mark's Square along the waterfront. Breakfast was decent

Great location for sightseeing, water bus and restaurants. Great view from the room and lovley staff. Breakfast was varied and great quality. Would stay again in a heat beat.
