The cleanliness and staff were exceptional. Staff was really helpful and location was a walking distance from the major landmarks

Location was good. Staff were very helpful, especially putting my daughter at ease when she rang to see if we had arrived safely. This was most appreciated.

The hotel is in a great location, not far from the Rialto Bridge and just off the main thoroughfare. There was just one flight of stairs to the rooms and the bed was comfy. The male staff member was very helpful.
