The location was great, quiet courtyard right near Piazza San Marco. Venice was obviously busy but you could still find quiet streets to wander in. City was beautifully free from litter. Very rare to see any on the streets or floating in the water. Back in UK we saw more in 5 minutes than we saw whole week in Venice. We in the UK should be ashamed of our cities and waterways. Room was fine. Bathroom very clean, shower was powerful. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Everyone on reception was friendly and helpful. They were amused at our attempts at Italian. They lent an adaptor as we'd forgotten ours. Sarah, the lady who oversaw breakfast, was so kind & very patient with our limited Italian, miming helped a lot.

The Hotel was located in the center of Venice. The Staffs were really friendly.
