The property is charming, old style Venetian and very well placed. Staff were charming and breakfast good. The only thing that was difficult is the size of the room that was really so small it was hard to manoeuvre with two people. I imagine a larger room would make it the perfect hotel stay.

Excellent location just 5 mins walk from St Mark's sqaure and about 8 mins walk from the water bus stop from the airport. Ideal to visit all of Venice. Our room was very quiet. All the staff are excellent, very friendly, nothing was too much bother. A special mention for Sara in the breakfast room, always smiling and ready to provide you with anything you needed. Safe was very useful with enough room for a tablet. Would definitely return

The hotel is in a brilliant location by The Fenice. It's a few minutes' walk to San Marco, Rialto, and the Accademia Bridge. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We left early, but they provided us with a packed breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable although not spacious - not a problem for us. Good bathroom, plenty of hot water.
