Lovely, quiet location but not far to walk to the centre and near the academia bridge. Well worth paying for the rooms with canal view, which also gets the sun on the balcony late afternoon/early evening. Lovely decor and clean throughout. Staff very friendly and attentive. I wasn’t expecting the breakfast to be up to much but it was very good, lots of choice and all very tasty.

Great hotel with extremly friendly and helpful staff. We were lucky to get the exact room in the pictures so my partner was over the moon. Staff helped with transport and negotiating the city. Breakfast had good selection. Location is close to accademia vaperetto (which i recommend buying tickets for) and so a couple of stops from the main tourist attractions. If you dont want to take the public boats then everythinf in no more than 15 mins walk. Can walk to the train station in 25 mins but not with heavy suitcases.
