Amazing location, lovely rooms with historic furniture and character, fantastic canal views and well equipped rooms (coffee/tea making facilities, fridge, complementary soap, bottle water etc). The hotel staff are truly fantastic- so friendly and helpful. Good WiFi and easy check-in. We had a wonderful stay here and we would recommend this hotel (but you must sleep with earplugs!).

The location was great just a few mins to Rialto Bridge and within walking distance of all the other sights. We had a canal side room which we loved being able to watch all the hustle and bustle of canal life but would anticipate rooms not canal side would be quieter. Our host, Tiziano was so friendly and helpful providing a map of Venice and suggested walking routes and sights to see. Take a gondola ride from outside (€90 cash only) as the route takes in more quiet canals with just a short stint on the Grand Canal. Characterful traditionally Venetian styled room was extremely comfortable, well appointed and very clean. Great to have a decent sized fridge and plenty of other storage.
