Just returned from a lovely honeymoon in Venice and our stay at Hotel Al Ponte Dei Sospiri was simply wonderful. The location was spot on (literally round the corner from Piazza San Marco) and our room was very clean and well presented. Great value for money for a fraction of the price of other hotels in the area! The service was excellent and all staff did everything they could to make us feel at home. A lovely touch was being able to create a custom breakfast each day and have it delivered to your room the next morning, during a time slot of your choice. The breakfast always arrived perfectly on time and was delivered with a smile and a joyful morning welcome by the wonderful Raffaele (who made us feel very welcome, gave us great advice on local restaurants and sights…and even gave us a parting gift!).

One of the best locations around the center of Venice. The room was always clean and the personnel was very polite. We had everyday breakfast in the room and the services were top! We also received a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival, it was waiting for us in the room, bucket full of ice and 2 glasses! Very nice! Top location, top services, top personnel!

I really liked the excellent location of the hotel, just a short walk from San Marco, which was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the Venetian-style junior suite was comfortable and charming. The internet connection was reliable and worked flawlessly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the kindness and friendliness of senior Raffaele, who served breakfast, and the thoughtful birthday surprise with Prosecco from the reception team. Overall, the charming ambience and positive experience made my stay very enjoyable.
