The most the warm Wellcome from the receptionist Michelle (venetian day receptionist ) hé give a verry relaxt feeling from the first moment My compliments The room was verry bauetefuil Compleetly in venetian style And verry Claen The braekfast was verry good onl 10€ My best cumpliments to the houskeeping taem And specialy to the friendly night receptionist Hashan for all his help 5 star plus To everybody of the hotel and restaurante I Highly recomend This hotel And verry Close to Rialto bridge Verry good Beds

Location as excellent - literally say 100 steps from the Rialto boat stop. So easy to arrive and leave (via the Alilaguna Airport Water Bus). Easy to then access all key Venice sights. Room was spacious, modern bathroom.

The hotel was situated very close to rialto Bridge and was within walking distance to Saint Marks Square. All local amenities were also nearby
