The location is excellent. So easy (with a case) to get to and from the nearest water taxi. Ease of location to marco square, many places to eat locally. Having breakfast outside next to a canal with passing boats and everyday activities. The lady at breakfast made exceptional coffee and very friendly. Our suite was very nice and located at rear of hotel so no street noise. We shopped around and feel we got a good (discounted) price on booking.com not worth the full rate.

The hotel is a small, cosy one, with quality stuff. Everyone is very polite, and they have quality service Breakfast was under expectations, and I waited 1 hour to serve the main course at dinner time. The room is spacious and beautiful, but the tapestry Is stained🤨 What can I say about the towels… 🙈 those are antique. The bathroom is new, but the shower is not working correctly. I consider that the property needs better maintenance and better food for breakfast.
