The location is amazing. 3 minutes walks from Piazza San Marco. The staff was also very friendly, especially Filippo. He was kind, polite and was really helpful. Would definitely recommend

quiet streets. great staff. went of their way to chat with us and answer all our tourist questions. Nothing was a trouble at all.

The hotel was very good indeed, the staff were helpful and polite, the room was large and the bed very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was good and the evening meals very good. The hotel was located well for the sights of Venice.
