Great location next to the accademia gallery. Lovely breakfast. Rooms are comfortable. Convenient for taxi drop off at San Basilio

Great location, small room but worth it You are really paying for the location — being in Venice and having everything within walking distance is priceless. It made the whole trip much easier and more enjoyable. Breakfast was fine overall. The pastries were good, but I would have liked to see more options and fresher fruit. The bedroom was quite small, but honestly, that’s part of staying in Venice. For me, the unbeatable location made up for the limited space. Overall, a good stay if your priority is being right in the heart of Venic

Ideally located near Accademia. And also Zatere ref access to water transport The hotel and staff are gracious and welcoming. Warm when Venice was quite cold. Staff are kind and considerate. The whole experience was lovely. When I arrived I was greeted by two so helpful ladies. It’s a traditional hotel. Bed and breakfast. Enjoyable. Recommend. It’s an old building. It’s Venice. Thanks

Super nice location close to the Accademia, and really lovely welcoming staff who went out of their way to give the best experience :) A very delicious breakfast was also included. Will definitely try to stay here again the next time I visit Venice!
