Very close to the train station so perfect for in and out travel. Easy water bus connections to other parts of Venice. Decor felt very Venetian and a bit different. Nice breakfast.

Excellent breakfast . Friendly reception. Was able to get an umbrella when it rained . Loved the little garden out the back . Very central to train station

The property is very conveniently located not far from the main train station so you didn’t have to arrive then walk very far over bridges or get on a boat with your luggage. I was glad for this detail. It was very quiet and private down a lane and had a nice view to a large tree in a courtyard. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable for my family of 4. There was a large bed and a single and a privacy wall with another single behind that, which worked well for us. The breakfast was great and the walled garden very nice to have breakfast in. The Air conditioning worked well. You could also open the windows. There is a safe and minibar. The room had high ceilings and timber beams and a Murano chandelier. Vaporetto station a very short walk away too.
