Breakfast was good. Hotel very central. Offered Boat to Murano glass factory which was a plus.

Outstanding location: close to Grand Canal; and only 7 minutes walk to St Marks Square. The reception staff were friendly and helpful in recommending local restaurants, and organising water taxis. We loved the free tour to Murano. The rooms were spacious, comfy, and good airconditioning. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The location was great, we took the Water Bus straight outside the train station and dropped us off very close to the hotel. Air conditioning was great as well.
