Great location in a more peacefull area of Venice, the apartment itself is spacious and nicely furnished,as well as the common area, it was quiet (we didn’t hear guests in other rooms), the host was helpful and let us leave our luggage in the flat after check out for couple of hours before we headed to the airport

Very warm welcome from the team. The apartment is closed to loads of very good restaurants. The apartment is very clean and tidy. We can watch Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, etc. They even changed our room to a bigger one ,thanks to the team. Overall experience is really good. I will recommend Hayez Rooms 💯.

Private bathroom. Small kitchen in the room and a larger kitchen shared with other guests. Good central island location. Bars on windows prevent stealing from the canal outside. Felt safe. Host easily contactable through WhatsApp. Online check in through website. Comfortable bed (an actual double bed, not 2 singles pushed together). There is optional room cleaning with no extra charge. City tax can be paid on card or leave cash in room. Can leave baggage in communal area after check out time if have a late flight or plans.

Location is Perfect. The amount of room and space not only for the apartment but communal area too is great. Communication with the staff and guidance on how to access the property was superb.

We had a wonderful stay at Hayez Rooms!! Owner was very friendly and on hand the whole time. The room was spacious & immaculate. Bed very comfy. Also very modern and in a perfect location too!! Would definitely return x

It was a big beautiful apartment in a very good position with a small canal right outside the window. Unit was very quiet and bed was big and comfortable. The lounge and kitchen were fantastic, and we had a deli/convenience store and an ATM 10M away. We loved it.
