Wonderful! The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, thoughtfully arranged. From our room, we had a beautiful view of the canal, where we could watch gondolas passing by, which made the whole Venice experience even more special. The location is excellent, close to everything, yet still peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was good and well organized. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for exploring the city. We would definitely love to stay here again.

The guesthouse is located just a few minutes from the bustling St Mark’s Square, making it a convenient base for exploring this part of Venice—although we personally found the area far too crowded, with much nicer, quieter spots just a little further out. The directions provided were clear and made the property easy to find, and we appreciated being able to check in an hour early. Check-in itself was straightforward, but accessing the guesthouse involves carrying luggage up several flights of stairs, which may not be suitable for everyone.

It’s in the center, 4 minutes away from San Marcos. Surrounded by luxury stores.
