Conveniently located near the train station and main bus drop off. It had a good towel rack and two bathrooms which was handy. Generally comfortable.

Excellent location only an easy 5 min walk from the piazzale Roma over 2 small bridges and you're there. excellent if you do decide to bring big suitcases because you don't need to worry about a vapertto or water taxi, they also have the option of baggage storage on site in case you get there before check in time. We had an amazing view over the grand canal and it was right at the turning point to watch the regatta storica. There are stairs up to the room but didn't really bother us, its italy you get used to this. Communication from the host was amazing, prompt and gave us all the details we needed for our stay. 5 min walk to the vapertto station for ease of travelling around if you don't want to walk the streets but only 20 mins to walk to San Marco.
