Our expectations certainly were not let down. The apartment is in a nice quiet area with easy access to the train and bus terminal. Pierfrancesco greeted us when we arrived he had some healthy tips of places to go and restaurants that were good money for value. There was plenty of space in the apartment, and we highly recommend this stay as a place to add to your list.
