Incredible location which you can access with a number of water buses! The hotel is in a tranquil location. The very friendly owner checked us in and gave us lots of information. You can pay €5 euros for a croissant and coffee in the garden. The room had an amazing view and was very clean and comfortable.

Exceptional location, right on the water’s edge, with a good bed and shower. Tea and coffee facilities in the room with a small fridge was also excellent. Hosts, Pino and Antonia were fantastic, they always tried to ensure your needs were met. Pino had good English and his local knowledge helped considerably with our ability to navigate and use the public ferry system. We arrived in the rain and they organised the drying of our clothes at no cost.

The peace and quiet. The lovely garden and lawn for breakfast, or a picnic with wine overlooking the ferry’s and water taxis passing the point. Fabulous host Claudio and Pino, couldn’t do enough for us. Fantastic location 10 minutes by ferry to Venice, but nicely out of the way. Next to some very good restaurants too. Open window lovely lapping of water at night. Enough room to open 2 suitcases.
