Everything was near. Nice view. Very comfortable place. A big and beautiful building. I came from Ireland and my sister came from Kazakhstan. We really enjoyed staying there. It is a very good hotel. 👍😊

The location is excellent, the breakfast is basic with limited vegan options, and the room was good - quiet.

Location near the bus and rail terminal was great, a canal outside the front door made it easy to get the water ferry/taxi. Breakfast was great.

Great location — very close to Venice Santa Lucia station and also convenient to reach the nearby boat/bus stop. The price was reasonable, and breakfast was included with good variety. Staff were very kind and helpful — they even offered us green tea early in the morning (4 am at reception) and hot water at night. Also, there is nearby Supermarket (1 min walk).
