what an amazing place!!! i was a little scared with the property being so cheap but i would go back again here any time i go to venice. Everything was within walking distance!! with the exception of the toilet only flushing once a day, not only was the property amazing, but the staff were so incredibly nice. couldn't recommend it more.

Location was super! All great spots and ferria stops were accessible by walk, room heating and cleanliness were on point
