- Spacious apartment with two bedrooms, each with double bed and one living room with TV and sofa. - Just 100m from San Marco square - Air condition - Balcony from which you can see upper part of Kampanila (tower on San Marco square). - Very authentic accomodation as the apartment is located in place and building where lives ordinary Venetians

The location was great. Outside the apartment is bustling with restaurants and gelatarias, including one owned by the host. Outside the main entrance, 5 minutes to the right is St Marco piazza and 7 minutes to the left is the Rialto Bridge. The washing machine was really useful. Melissa was great at providing options for restaurants and orientating us to the apartment. She even helped us with our bags up the stairs. The apartment was very much like someone's lived-in home.

We recommend wonderfull cozy apartments, which are located right in the center, on a very lively street. The apartments are tastefully furnished, spacious, the beds are comfortable, clean. The balcony overlooks a busy street where Venetian life is in full swing. There is everything you need - a washing machine, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, hairdryer. Air conditioners are installed in each room. In the neighborhood, we were kept company by two beautiful Maine coon cats. You can admire them through the kitchen and bathroom windows. The cats are very curious. They went out to their terrace and always came when we invited them.
