Walking distance from Rialto watertaxi, friendly welcome by Matteo with bottle of prosecco. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Complimentary fridge of water and drinks. The view down on the canal was fantastic. Bed was super comfortable. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and Piazza San Marco. Thanks Matteo

From the detailed instructions to get from the canal boat to the room to the warm welcome in person with drinks this is the room to stay in. We were in the gold room which was oh so opulent, comfortable and clean. The location is brilliant, so close to everything. I will definitely stay here again if I return. 100% recommended.

Loved my stay here, items in the mini fridge were complimentary, lovely view of the canals from the window, had all the amenities I needed including an iron, iron board and bath robes, very clean bathroom, very happy with my stay here!
